This policy explains what information the Derrax website collects, why, and the choices you have. Derrax is a set of non-custodial smart contracts. We do not operate accounts, we do not hold your assets, and we do not need your name, address, or identity documents to show you this website.

Information we collect

  • Waitlist details. If you request early access, we collect the email address you enter and, if you provide it, the collection you are interested in.
  • Essential storage. We store your cookie choice in your browser so the banner does not reappear on every visit.
  • Technical data. Our hosting provider may process standard request data such as IP address, browser type, and pages requested, to deliver the site and protect it from abuse.
  • Public blockchain data. If you interact with Derrax contracts, your wallet address and transactions are recorded on public blockchains. That data is public by design and is not controlled by us.

How we use it

We use waitlist emails only to tell you about vault launches and material product updates. We use technical data to operate, secure, and improve the website. We do not sell personal information and we do not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.

Cookies and local storage

The site uses only storage that is needed for it to work, such as remembering your cookie preference. You can accept or decline in the banner, and you can clear the choice at any time by clearing site data in your browser.

Third parties

Collection data shown on this site is fetched from the OpenSea API on our server, so your browser does not contact OpenSea to display it. Collection images load from OpenSea's image servers. Protocols such as Morpho, Uniswap, Longbow, Relay, LayerZero, and OpenSea have their own privacy practices when you use them directly.

Retention

We keep waitlist details until you ask us to remove them or until the waitlist is no longer needed. Technical logs are kept for a limited period by our hosting provider.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or object to the processing of your personal information. You can unsubscribe from any email we send, or ask us to delete your waitlist details.

Children

Derrax is not intended for anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect their data.

Changes

We may update this policy. The date at the top shows when it last changed. Material changes will be announced on this site.
